U.P. Association of Greater Philadelphia (UPAGP) is a community-based non-profit organization for people of Indian descent, originally from the state of Uttar Pradesh (U.P.) or surrounding areas. Founded in 2001, UPAGP is one of a kind meeting ground for people honoring India’s first National Language (Hindi) and the rich, vibrant culture of vast, resplendent Gangetic plains.  Since the beginning, our mission has evolved from providing a language, promote charity and culture-based platform into mobilizing like-minded South Asian community into a highly motivated and socially-responsible diaspora while embracing the new traditions of our adopted homeland.
